AARON PRITCHETT

Acclaimed for bringing “rock energy” to “country audiences”, Aaron Pritchett continues to hold the title of one of the most sought after artists in the business. His passion and intensity for his art overflows on stage and spills into his unwavering dedication to his fans.

Growing up in small-town Northern BC, Aaron drew his earliest musical influences from 80’s Rock, but the transition to country music came naturally, “it was based on being able to relate to the stories that country songs told. Those stories were a lot like mine. I was going fishing, camping, and riding buses to hockey tournaments in even smaller towns than my own, life was a lot more country than rock and roll. That feeling resonated with me and I strive to convey that in my music today”

THE WASHBOARD UNION

15-time award winners The Washboard Union have defied classification and have become one of the most exciting and talked about new bands on the Country music scene.

“They are destined to be the new kings of country music” (CBC Canada).

The band placed nine awards on the mantle in 2017, taking home their third Canadian Country Music Award (second for Roots Group of the Year), and the Western Canadian Music Award for Country Artist of the Year, as well as a record seven British Columbia Country Music Association Awards. They took home two CCMA’s in 2016, and have four previous BCCMA Awards.

JORDAN AARON

Tapping and singing along to his Dad playing guitar at the kitchen table, Jordan was bound to be a musician. He toured throughout North America and Asia with award winning, platinum selling pop/rock band Faber Drive. He has since been playing lead guitar and backing up artists such as his Dad, Aaron Pritchett.

Jordan has opened for such acts as Kipp Moore, Nelly and George Canyon. Now armed with music of his own, he is currently working on his first single to release to country radio. The future is very bright for this young, energetic and incredibly talented man. This is just the beginning.

ROGER GABRIEL

From the moment he got his first guitar at a young age, Canadian singer/songwriter Roger Gabriel has been creating melodic magic with his talent for song writing, singing and performing. Roger has an expressive vocal approach and an acoustic guitar style perfectly suited to his songs.

He’s honored to have had the opportunity to perform on stage with some of today’s hottest country stars – Alan Jackson, Aaron Pritchett, Joe Nichols, Jason Blain, Ian Tyson, Doc Walker, The Cruzeros, Lisa Brokop and The Corb Lund Band.

MUSSELL AND THE FLEX

A radical, energetic, classic rock-disco-pop, kick-ass cover band hailing from Victoria, BC. They will give you a rip-roaring good time that’ll pop your socks off.

This is their first inter-provincial show and they couldn’t be more excited! Concert-goers and good-time seekers alike can most commonly find Mussell and the Flex at various social, environmental and celebratory events on Vancouver Island.

If you want to reserve a room at Yukon Motel, Nisutlin Trading Post, or Dawson Peaks, we highly recommend you book early, as the number of rooms is limited; also, campgrounds tend to fill up easily during the summer, so you may wish to reserve early if you are planning on RVing or trailering or tenting at a commercial facility.

If you are planning to enjoy some alcoholic beverages before or during the concert, please consider either of these options:

  • appoint a designated driver to take you to and from the concert, or
  • take advantage of one of the free shuttles that will be provided to and from your campground – schedules will be posted at the campground entrances – just show the driver your concert ticket.

Regrettably, due to timing and distance, we will be unable to provide shuttle service to those staying at Johnson’s Crossing.

Please help us make this a night to remember – for all the right reasons.
